Inspiration

• Dr. Michael J Burry’s UCLA Commencement Speech. The last 5 minutes are gold:
  • Consider the next obvious step - is that being true to yourself - strengths, weaknesses, needs
    • 20s before kids/marraige = most flexible/genius decade.
    • Now and again step outside your paradigm.
  • First, do no harm.
    • Life is not that short - long enough for you to regret exchange long term risk for short-term benefit.
    • Being in Wall Street or DC job = social proof - lots of people doing questionable things for money + status
  • The individual can think and act different and stand clear from the majority.
  • You can keep asking questions - it’ll be hard to be different - but looking back it will see as though it were all meant to be.
